Ocean Hills Country Club
Ocean Hills Country Club is located in the hills just inland of Oceanside. The seashore at Carlsbad is a couple miles away and San Diego County's legendary beaches from La Jolla's Windansea to San Onofre's Trestles are within a short drive.

One member of the household must be at least 55 years of age in California senior communities, and other members 45 (except in caretaker situations), but homes can always be purchased and owned by younger buyers.
